So much pain in under my rib

This is my second baby and I had rib pain with my first but this time it's so different. It's under my rib, it's in one spot, hurts to the touch, causes me to not sleep. The doctor insist it's from the baby pushing everything up and I can see that justification, but I'm not buying it. If that's the case why does it hurt only on one side in one spot! I have to get up for work in a couple hours but it hurts so much I can't sleep :(

I've even dropped! So if it was baby you'd think that it would be better. Photo for reference of how low belly is getting.
