What is/was your method? Please help!

Question

If your TTC or have had a successful pregnancy (now or in the past), and are trying by AI, what was your method?
My wife and I have been trying for 4 months with no success. Maybe the way we’re trying just isn’t working so we’re looking for other methods that may be better.
NI is not an option for us but we are open to any “weird” AI methods.
Please help, I can’t take another BFN.

First, you only been trying four months. It takes most people 6 months to a year. So, my first piece of advice would to relax and stop puttin so much pressure on yourselves. This sometimes can be a very long journey. If you arnt tracking bbt and using OPKs I️ would start there. I’m also a big fan of acupuncture and raspberry leaf tea. I’ve also seen lots of people talk about a book called taking control of your fertility. What finally got us pregnant was clomid with trigger injections. Good luck to you!

Have you looked into hormones in food, etc that can cause infertility? Organic diets, etc. “cold uterus” traditional chinese medicine or methods for that. Acupuncture and acupressure for fertility and all those sorts of things? You really don’t realise how much goes into it until you start up good old google. I had no idea! Good luck to you both 🤞 xx
