Pinching feeling by cervix

I had a tubal reversal over a year ago. I got pregnant two months after and miscarried but I believe that was due to my body not being ready yet from the surgery and have had problems trying to conceive ever since. My fiancé and I were trying again the other night and before I orgasmed I felt a pinching feeling near my cervix which I never felt before. Does this mean anything? Has anyone else ever had a similar type of pain? Not sure if I’m overthinking or not but better safe than sorry.
