Finally after 8 months of TTC, baby dust has come to me, and I would like to share those important steps I did through this journey to get to this, perhaps it would help someone.

8 months ago I and my partner decided we wanted to start trying for a baby, 5months in and every month I see that annoying period stain on my pants early morning. I decided to actively pursue my quest to having a child, am a nurse so I put all my medical expertise in it to achieve my goal. First of. I downloaded this app. Keeping record of ur period days is important! More important that the prediction the app tells you when ur about to ovulate. U have to understand ur body better than anyone else! Keep those records, within 3 months u should have a pattern. U should know ur cycle days. I have a 28 day circle, buh I only see my period for a MAXIMUM of 2days hence I know I would have a short ovulation period, next thing I needed to do- track my exact ovulation day! This is very important! I purchased the clearblue ovulation kit which can narrow down your ovulation down to your 2 most fertile days. Now knowing that the eggs lasts 48hours max, some may last even lesser. Each time I eject the tester even if I don't get a smiley face I look at the lines. I monitor when the lines are getting darker which means am approaching ovulation. Then I and my partner start having intercourse. 2days later I got a smiley and had intercourse 2days after that smiley again. That's 4days straight of sexual intercourse because EXPOSURE MATTERS! Remember not to be quick to wash off

After, lie on your back for a while before washing off. Next thing just pray and wait! Repeat again. The key to conceiving is attacking every possible block! First : are u ovulating? Is ur husbands sperm viable? Is there enough sexual exposure? Is ur cervical mucus okay for the sperm to achieve fertilization? Understand that at every point of this questions..
