When you were giving/pushing for birth did you

I was calm. Med free birth.

I pushed for less than 5 minutes. Didn't feel anything.

I screamed the first couple of pushed and then the woman coaching me through labor told me I could push if I was screaming and I looked at he'd and screamed "You wanna bet??!!" and then continued to scream until she started crowning and then held my breath and grunted while pushing. 😂

I️ was calm until the burning and all I️ said to my husband was omg it’s the ring of fire. He still hasn’t forgotten. Pregnant with our third and keeps asking if I’m excited for the ring of fire. Which I’m not

Personally, I plan on calmly screaming and grunting loudly. Unmedicated. 🙄

I had the epidural, but they had trouble getting it inserted correctly, and I went from a 4 to a 9 in the two hours it took to get it in effect. So, during my labor, I groaned. During birth, when the epidural was working, I held my breath. I was so focused on pushing that I held my breath and didn't dare make a sound. 😂

I grunted with no meds.  It was mostly just like taking a huge constipated poop

I think it really depends on if you have meds or not haha. I mean I personally have only given birth once but I got an epidural so I really didn’t feel anything at all so I was totally quiet and calm the whole time I was pushing if I didn’t receive an epidural though I am sure I would have either been grunting loudly or screaming. I know the pain I was in with contractions and those made me want to just cry so I can only imagine what it would have been like to push him out without meds.

My first I screamed. "Get it out of me" 
My second I was calm and it was so smooth and easy. 
Hoping my third is even easier !!!!

None of these. I was totally silent. I had on oxygen and was terrified and baby got stuck. I get really quiet when I get scared/nervous/anxious so I just got quiet and tried to get him out and wanted to hear him cry.
