Bleeding early pregnancy

Hey guys so last week i had an appointment at the doctors office they did blood work to check hgc & ultrasound i was supposed to be 7 weeks he said i was less then that over the weekend I started bleeding red mixed with brown i had an appointment today to retest for the hgc the results from previous were high 3,918 he checked my cervix it was closed & the blood wasn’t bright red just mixed if hgc go down unfortunately is miscarriage has this happened to anyone im so sad 😞
