Vitex? Did it work for you??

My sister swears she conceived her last child using Vitex, I try to take it but it gives me horrible headaches. But if there's other success stories maybe I can try to deal with those headaches to get that BFP.

It regulated my period and helped me ovulate - at least I think so but did give me pms symptoms pretty bad too. X

Vitex screwed up my cycle. My cycles are very regular. Took Vitex for 1 month. My period was 5 days late with a BFN on a test, I quit ovulating (monitored by BBT and OPKs) for 2 months and it took 6 months to get my period back to its regular cycle. It works for some women, just not for me.

Were you iregular before? I am trying to decide weather is for me or no, my cicles are between 36-42 days
