So I’ve been off of the pill for a month now. I had sex once this cycle on day 12. My cycles are 28 days on average. Can I be pregnant only having sex once and being off the pill for only this cycle?

I had unprotected sex once in June, the first day of my "fertile window", according to this app. I'm 22 weeks pregnant today! (while it wasn't completely planned, we knew the risk we were taking and were fine having a baby). It only takes one sperm to make it.

It’s possible!! My hubby and I have been trying since the beginning of August. I started a new pack and got two pills in and stopped taking them, so that might have messed with my cycle. But I haven’t gotten a period yet, or even ovulated that I know of.
