Ever just want to go to your husband job and smack every asshole across the face?

So my husband is a concrete finisher and go figure he works with a group of 15 men ranging in age from 22years old to 60 year olds and my god the stories of how these older men treat the younger guys make me want to drive my over protective ass to the job site and speak my mind because my dear husband doesn’t , he was always taught to be respectful so when people yell at him he lets them. But I can’t do that because he will get picked on even more .. he’s been there for 4 years and the past 2 years he has gotten raises almost monthly because of how hard he works( the owner is always super nice to him and treats him like a son so that’s why he doesn’t want to quit.. also the owner is in the office at the headquarters all day so he’s never on the job sites to see how the older men treat the younger guys)

He’s always getting yelled at for stuff he can’t control.. it’s usually when everyone else is stressed about a job site so the older men get all cranky and bitch for no reason.

I just feel so bad for him because while I’m gonna be staying at home with the baby he’s out working in the cold busting his ass and getting yelled at daily but he wouldn’t trade it for the world because he loves doing concrete work and has an amazing relationship with his boss( his boss gave us 5,000$ for our wedding without us asking) . His boss also tells him “ I hope you don’t plan on quitting here any time soon because I have plans for you to move up in this company”. Also my husband is very supportive of me and my doctor appointments for the baby so every time I have an appointment he goes with me and they pick on him for that too. I get that the older men probably aren’t getting sex from there old ladies but my god retire if you hate your job that much that you have to pick on the younger guys. Sorry for the rant I’m just sick of my husband who in my eyes is amazing getting treated like shit by the older men he works with and all I can do is answer the phone when he calls to vent and then let him vent when he gets home. 😞
