I’m kinda worried

So I had my baby in august and I think I had my period four weeks after I had her. I’m breastfeeding her. I got nexplanon put in and I had no bleeding. Last week I started to spot brown blood like old blood. It will be off and on for about a week now. I have no health insurance so I can’t go see a doctor. Has anyone ever experience this before
