how to tell mama

hey girls, im 16 years old and found out yesterday im pregnant. im kinda scared kinda happy and very naseus lol but anyway my mom is a VERY forgiving woman and i know she will love me no matter what but for some reason im terrified to tell her. i dont know if i should wait a few weeks or what because i need to go to a doctor and i also have an opportunity to go to a school for troubled youth such as pregnant / young moms or anyone who needs extra help but im just so scared to tell mom. what should i do???? PLEASE HELPPPP
