Could I be pregnant?

I am 13 days late on my period. All my pregnancy test and been negative. I havent had any symptoms of pregnancy until today when I threw up before lunch. My last period was on the 27th of September. I'm so scared and excited right now.

If you are far enough along to have pregnancy symptoms then you're far along enough to have a positive test result. Considering you're 12 days past due for your period and you're having negative tests, I'd say your period is just late. Not unless you ovulated later than you thought. Test again and go from there. If it's still negative and you're concerned, make an appointment with your GYN. Good luck!
