Implantion bleeding/ cramping

So I believe I expierence IB/ cramping and not my period.. it came two days before AF was due.. and lasted only two days and cramps just one.. from what I looked at online it kinda looked like IB and not my regular flow.. plus was shorter and earlier and I’m always 30 days like clock work.. when can I test??? AF was due today and had the cramping sat and What I think to be IB sat and Sunday ... when can I test??? Started to think I’m crazy.. been a lot more Tired than normal too
