Well I had my 37 week appt today and my doc didn’t want to check me but I talked her into it because I live 45 mins from the hospital and wanted to have an idea of what I was if I begin steady contractions. Well I’m only a 1, about 20% effaced and she’s at the -3 position. I have been drinking red raspberry tea since Thursday so I’ll probably keep that up and I’m still debating on EPO mainly because I hear it helps overall women’s health and I mean why not at least try and make my birth and recovery easier?! Haha I also will begin walking and bouncing on my birthing ball. Let’s go little lady I am so ready to meet you! Also I made a few things this weekend while my poor husband was sick so we stayed in all weekend.
