6weeks and sick with a cold!!!!
Ok I just hit 6 weeks and i have horrible allergies. I take honey and Zyrtec everyday( which doc says is fine). However, Sunday I began sneezing terribly and have become so congested I can't sleep! And I'm already about to fall over as it is...
The dr does not want me taking any type of cold medicine just yet due to being in first trimester...I will admit though I cheated last night and had to take 1 spray of afrin just to get some relief ( I research & prayed over baby)
Does anyone know of any home remedies or essentials oils that had helped with this???? I am desperate. I just want to sleep and get just a little bit of rest so that baby can grow!
