what's going on??

AF was due 11/3, I started spotting a day before. spotting was very light!! It would stop, but start, and stop and start. Today I'm bleeding a little heavier, nothing very heavy. For the past week and a half now I've been nauseated, having dizziness, having no appetite, smells have been a lot stronger/ making me sick. I've had a nose bleed which they say is common in early pregnancy, and I've been so tired! I sleep so much. Boobs had started to get tender. I had taken a pregnancy test this morning before the bleeding was heavier and it was negative. I've heard of women still having periods when pregnant. Could this be what I'm going through?? Has anyone else had experience with this??
