could i be pregnant

so I got off the pill 4 months ago got my first period after on the 27 of September and ended on the 2 of October and I haven't started yet. I was supposed to start about the 26 of October and it's the 6th of November and still no period I've had some lower pain and feeling a little sick and I think my nipples have gotten darker a little but maybe it's all in my head from thinking about it to much idk I think I'm pregnant my I took a test in the 2 of November (a fue days ago) and it was negative.. is there anyway I could be still? thought!?
