FTM help!!

So most of today I’ve been feeling a lot of pressure like the baby is pushing down, I’m having sharp pains with that too. Earlier I had back pain in my lower back that came out of nowhere and was bad, not unbearable, but bad. Maybe about a hour or two ago I got EXTREMELY nauseous and started seeing stars or spots in my vision, it eventually passed after 20 mins but I haven’t had nausea like that the whole pregnancy. I’m 35 weeks today and I just want to know what’s going on or see if anyone has some opinions?
