I found a kitten with a broken leg.

It was raining very hard and I found a tiny kitten in the middle of the road soaking wet. Her leg appears to be in a lot of pain, I think it's broken. I can't afford to take her to the vet at the moment, but I brought her out of the cold rain and dried her off. She seems to be ok other than her leg. What can I do for her? She looks so tiny, can she eat food? Or should I try to feed her milk?
