Baby bump?

Question

So before I got pregnant I was a little on the heavier side, not like extremely overweight but definitely bigger than my body type. 
And I'm not trying to offend anyone, but with women who were on the heavier side, when did you start actually noticing your bump? I'm 14w as of tomorrow, and I see a bunch of posts with girls that you can obviously see theirs at such a smaller gestation. I can't tell if it's just my body fat or if there's actually a bump there!

I had taken a picture of myself when I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks, and then I took my first "bump" picture at 14 weeks. I was clearly bigger at 14 weeks, but I just felt as though I was fat. I'm not 25 weeks, and finally feeling like I'm pregnant and not just gaining weight.
