I recently found out that I was pregnant and Before I knew I ate everything and ate pretty good. Now that I know for sure that I'm pregnant I cant eat. The thought of meat makes me sick and the only thing meat I can't eat is chili, buffalo chicken, and tuna. I feel bad bc every time me and my SO go out to eat I can't eat most food or I force myself too. Nothing sounds good too me except any form of potatoes. I don't eat as much and I eat about once maybe twice a day if I'm lucky. I go to the doctors on the 16th but is there something I can do so I can eat more regularly and not feel sick ?
