Yellow on Toilet Tissue after Peeing

Okay, so firstly I am not dehydrated and my urine in the bowl is basically clear and I drink out of a 24oz water bottle all day and fill it up multiple times a day.

It is not my prenatal vitamin either because though that does make my urine yellow I can see it in the bowl and it only lasts a couple of hours after I take it in the morning.

I have no burning sensation or odd smells. I seem to be leaking a small amount but very small amount, not water I don't think, mostly just discharge ranging from thin to a little thicker. I have had a recent check and sweep so I have had a little brown discharge from that but it is always accompanied by a thicker discharge.

Anyway, has anyone experienced this yellow staining on the tp after wiping? I'm currently 39 weeks 5 days.
