Ovulation after clomid 50mg cd 3-7

CD 14 and according to glow calendar my O day is tomorrow. I had horrible O pains on both sides for 4 days, not as bad today but there is some tenderness. Should I continue to bd after today? I’m extremely sore (sorry, tmi)
