runs in the family?

so me being Latina..our family should be very fertile.my grandmother had 8 kids🤔.uncle v(0). aunt e(3)

uncle e(1) mother (3)including myself

those r my grandmas kids and the numbers in perinthisis r the kids they had,what I want know is all of is 3rd generation is losing or unable to convince? it hurts me honest I'm 23 and my husband and I can't conceive,my Cusin v age 22(lost two kids),Cusin A age 22 (lost3 kids)Cusin c 19( his wife lost 1)my sister (lost 2) I mean what's wrong can anybody explainit hurts to get our hopes up
