pimples that won’t go away from my face??

i had these pimples for several weeks now , they still won’t leave my fucking face!!! they are red and irritated. i tried everything to possibly get rid of these pimples they are just sticking on and fucking with me!! Anyone know how the he’ll to get rid of them? like burning my face offfff!!!!!!!

If youre pregnant they’re likely hormonal and waiting will make them go away. Try not to pick! I had some awful  for almost a month and they finally eased up. I had never had bad skin before
