Please help am I pregnant or ??

I had a miscarriage in May at 7 weeks and ectopic in august at 8 weeks I have tested several since then and got negatives about 2 weeks ago I got a negative on digital and then a positive went to the doctor he said I wasn’t pregnant my period was a week late and then I started well I have had crazy cravings so I decided to take another test yesterday so I went and bought a $ store test and it seems to be positive well I went and bought another first response and it says negative my period is 12 days away so I really wasn’t expecting a positive could it be my hormones is just not picking up on the test and I have been pregnant? Idk I really need advice I’m testing once again in the morning on a digital with my first morning urine but I’m racking my brains as far as now!!!
