Has anyone used the sniffle? If so would you recommend?

Have you used the Snoogle? If you have, would you recommend it? I have a body pillow which I'm really depending on right now (almost 26weeks) but my sleep quality is starting to dramatically decline. Saw the Snoogle online but at $80 I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it.
