How do you know when you’re ovulating?
I’ve had irregular periods my whole life. For the past year they have been pretty regular but I’m not sure if I’m ovulating. I have breast pain and cramps a week before I start my period, is that what ovulating feels like? I’m so confused. I don’t want to go by when it tells me I’m ovulating cause I have never been normal.
