horrible upper abdominal pain

I am only 6 weeks according to the app.I have been having some episode's of extremely bad upper stomach pain. I have been to the doctor they do not seem worried.I have been having some gallbladder pain since my fist pregnancy and thought maybe I was having gallbladder attacks. now doing my research it's sounds maybe like ONE. any other ladies with IBS or pain like this? explaining the pain is almost like the most extreme gas pain I have ever experienced the closest in comparison is labor pain. I start put feeling like I need to use the bathroom but can't the pain hits and than diahrea.
