progesterone suppositories?

is it possible to have a missed miscarriage due to progesterone suppositories..? I'm on it and sometimes I wonder if the symptoms I have are real or if it's created by the suppository.. 
I also saw the heart beat at 112 bpm at 6 weeks 3 days..

Progesterone supplements can only help. If the pregnancy has a chromosomal abnormality, a loss will be inevitable even with the supplement. But the supplement will help if your body isn't producing enough. I've been on progesterone suppositories 2 of my 4 pregnancies.

I thought the progesterone was supposed to help you keep baby in? I receive the shots. I would ask your Dr if you're concerned
