Can’t afford daycare

So I have no idea what to do. I’m 21 and got pregnant while on the birth control shot. My boyfriend left me and told me he wanted nothing to do with the baby. I went through my whole pregnancy alone and I had to quit my job halfway through. My son is now 2.5 months old and his dad is involved but not before I spent every dime I had on things he would need. I live with my parents now and I need a job badly. My son’s dad is telling me not to put him in daycare and I told him it’s his fault that I’m in the situation to even need daycare. If he had stayed with me and been responsible, we’d have a place together and I could stay home with our son until he was older but he didn’t do that. So my problem is, he won’t help me with daycare costs and I have no money. How am I supposed to make money when I have no where for my son to go? My family would love to help but are all too busy to watch him that much
