been trying for pregnancy for 4years

I've been trying to get pregnant for about 4 years now well anyways I'm 13 days late and I've tested twice already and both test have been negative. I haven't gotten my period since the end of September it ended a day before my fiance's birthday. Can someone give me some advice please. I also have PCOS. I have also been really tired lately and my boobs have been killing me bad can touch them or take my bra on or off with out them hurting. Also been getting a lot more headaches and just been not feeling myself really.
