ttc with pcos
question! might be dumb. my period started about 4pm Sunday afternoon. I did full a tampon. would this be day 1 of my cycle? I thought I read somewhere that if it's after a certain time to count the next day as day 1. asking because I need to take my femera starting in day 3!
