How much does a baby cost in its first year?(including medical expenses for you and baby)

Depends where you live also. I live in Canada and breastfeed so all I pay for is diapers, wipes and any extra clothes I may need. We don't have to pay for any of the medical stuff (ie. Delivery, needles, doctors visits) Well also the crib, car seat and any of that stuff you may have to buy after the baby shower.

My delivery alone was 8 grand. Then insurance ,copays,baby items,diapers,wipes,breast feeding suppliea, clothes, crib,toys,carseat and so on.

My cost of labor is $25 with my insurance. And I plan on breastfeeding. It's very subjective based all different things.

That's very vague. Some women have to pay 5K for delivery alone. If you have a big, generous family, then you may not have to buy as much. If you formula feed vs. bottle feed, that influences it.
