Exercising after CSection
Any tips or tricks on how to get my tummy back in shape after having a c section? im only 7 days pp so still cant do much but id like to start taking ideas for a routine after ive healed, id also like to incorporate my baby into my fitness schedule. Bonus question would a belly band be helpful or harmful? i feel super squishy and deflated 😅😅
