I fancy my ex

Been with my fiancé for 2 and a half years. Today I saw my old boyfriend and he looks hot! I can't stop thinking about him, I feel incredibly guilty because I do love my fiancé, it's just that we have kind of lost our spark. Is it bad or a warning sign that I'm thinking of my ex?
