Does anyone know what the chances of getting pregnant after getting your tubes tied are?

Did you have the procedure reversed? My cousin got pregnant with her tubes tied but I'm pretty sure the pregnancy will not continue. She went through a very painful termination of pregnancy because the fertilized egg couldn't get to the uterus.
