BFN? or BFP?

I've been actively trying to conceive for a few months now. I've been taking prenatals for 2 months, using PreSeed every time I BD and I've been tracking my ovulation with the Answer ovulation test strips. I also have hypothyroidism that I've left untreated due to my work schedule. I've been experiencing symptoms I have never experienced before. TMI, but I've been having diarrhea for a month basically and have been having every other symptom talked about. I get nauseous here and there, but only threw up pretty bad once and it was during my week of ovulation. I tested on Oct 31st and I saw a faint line on the First Response Rapid Result within the 10min window, however it was EXTREMELY faint. I was extremely happy, but the day after I tested... I started spotting/bleeding for the next 5 days. It felt and looked like a regular period. According to my app I was supposed to get my period on the 25th of Oct. I've never missed a period, however I also know that there are other factors that may cause this. I tested this morning and I see absolutely NOTHING on my First Signal test. Not even a faint line. I always use FMU, so idk what to think. I'm heartbroken 😢😭💔
