Talk to him there’s no point in doubting yourself I’m sure he likes you. It couldn’t hurt just to walk up to him and start a conversation if he’s staring he is probably interested or why else would he stare Hopefully this is helpful.

That's hard. Maybe ask him if you guys are ok together and why you stopped talking. You should do this over  the phone 📱 and tell him how upset you are about it first then if he ignores you there ask him face to face.
