Same story here! Not trying but not preventing..didn't think I could even conceive but it happened so quick with my husband. Met him July 31st, 2014.. engaged before the end of August, conceived right at the start of October! Ideally wanted to wait to "try" until after the wedding in December but miracles don't have a time frame 😊 /cheesy

First baby was a surprise and unplanned...trying NOT to get pregnant (first marriage) with my husband now we got pregnant first cycle with all 3 babies.

Unplanned pregnancy, we conceived the first time we had sex. However we didnt take any steps to prevent pregnancy so it wasn't that shocking 😋

We weren't trying weren't preventing either. It took me over a year to get a period after stopping the pill. Had three periods and then got pregnant! So pleasantly surprising since I was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago. We are so lucky. Congrats to you!
