these posts have me terrified...😨

so I have had two girls vaginally but bled out a lot before being able to deliver the placenta. we are now pregnant with a boy 25 wks. my placenta is full of large maternal blood vessels and is over my cervix and stretches up and around to the back of my uterus with little hope of moving. we go in tomorrow with hopes of good news. the specialist and my regular ob have said c section at 36weeks. I've read a lot of stories on here and they are scary and the people I know who have had a c section aren't much better. Can anyone help me not be so nervous and anxious? and just honestly tell me what to expect... apparently I might need high waisted undies? haha do you still have a lot of postpartum bleeding? I'm just so lost...
