Working out / Exercise

Who still exercises while pregnant? I used to be really active working out 4-6 days a week (cardio, strength training, started lifting) I'm 5weeks and now scared to MC but I feel so off not exercising. I'm not feeling the fatigue/ tiredness yet. I decided to just tone it down and not jump as high with HIIT type workouts. What do you ladies do?
