Would you tell your husband about STD years ago?

When I was married to my ex/ children’s father I was infected with chlamydia in 2009... it was treated and resolved... in 2012 our divorce was finalized after being separated for 3 years on/ off... 2013 I married my current husband... we’ve been trying to conceive for 3 years with one 2nd trimester loss and one ectopic pregnancy... I just switched OBGYN’s to investigate further into our issues conceiving and staying pregnant... I told her about my past chlamydia infection and she lets me know that it could be the reason for my tubal pregnancy and cause another which I always knew just never wanted to accept it being my fault... well I’ve never told my current husband about me ever having this STD because it really hasn’t effected him until now and it was way before we even met... idk if I should tell him and risk an argument or issue in our marriage or just not bring it up... I’m cared he’s going to be mad at me or judge me from my past 😩
