I’m really confused

Guys i don’t know what’s happening. I thought i had gotten my bfp after taking 100mg clomid. I had positive opks on cd 12 and cd21. I tested yesterday and today and got positives. Even on a digital. But i went into the doctors office and they said their test was negative but they would do a blood test. Tonight i had mild cramps so i went into the hospital. Their urine AND blood test (she said it was the number test) were both negative i guess you could say. She did vaginal and abdominal ultrasounds. She said everything looked normal but she saw a small ovarian cyst. I’m lost. Someone help me understand. The bottom collage was earlier today before doctors office (around8am)
