Working full time?

Question

Who else is working full time? Both my husband and I work full time. It is so hard with a 5 month old. I feel so guilty all the time. I have to wake her up in the morning when she’s not ready to wake up, feed her, change her and ship her off. I feel like a terrible mother. I wish I could stay home but it’s just not an option. It makes me appreciate the time I have with her so much. How do you working mamas do it?

Feeling the same way with my 5 month old every week wishing I could stay home with her.  We both work, I  drop her off by 7:30am sometimes she doesn’t even wake until I have to get her ready, but I’m lucky she’s such a happy morning baby.  I don’t pick her up until 5.  There never seems to be enough time with her bc sometimes she’s ready for bed between 7/8... then I work every other Saturday so I cherish the weekends I don’t work.  Such a struggle, always wonder who wanted to be the “working woman”?!? I sure don’t I rather be home raising my baby instead someone else is during the week💔
But she’s happy when she is with us and I soak all the laughs and smiles up because I know this is how it has to be😕

we both work full time. he owns his own business and doesnt work until 930 so he wakes her up, feeds her, dresses her and takes her to daycare. im out the door at 6am and pick her up at 430 or 5. he gets home around 7 or 8pm. it works for us.

we both work full time to. I am fortunate enough, to work at a daycare center so my son is there with me 90% of the time unless grandparents want him. But I still feel like I never see my babe. if I could stay home with him.  i so would but that's just not in the cards.

Same here but with a 5 year old and a 4 Month old. I feel guilty as well as with my first I was able to stay home until she was over a year old. With my son I was back to work when he was 2 months old. By the time we get home the night flies by and we are back up the next day starting all over. I wish I could afford to stay home.

Yes we both work full time and mostly opposite shifts the commute to and from work is what's the hardest. Sometimes I end up coming home close to 1 am after picking up from babysitter. Baby is always on the go as well. You do what you gotta do....
