Before I start, I know that I'm not actually fat. But from what I used to look like, I feel pretty big now. I used to weigh 125 pounds and looked fit and great, but that's when I was going to the gym and eating healthier. Now I eat terrible because of my boyfriends picky eating habits and haven't been a consistent exerciser which I am trying to change. I weight about 135-140 now I'm not entirely sure, but I can definitely see the weight in my thighs and stomach. I just really want to lose this fat and get back to looking good again. Does anybody have any helpful tips on how they lost weight? I mean ideally I'd like it to be a fast solution, but I know that's probably not realistic. Just give me your insights!
