HELLLLP

I just woke up in the middle of the night cause I needed to pee. Forgot I had a tampon (not on period, just spotting). It kinda hurt when I peed. Went to lay back down, now my vag is burning and I feel like I have to pee literally every 20 minutes, but nothing is coming out. These symptoms started so suddenly! However, I did unfortunately forget to pee after intercourse on Monday night (about one day ago). Also, I had just gotten a fresh Brazilian (and read a ton of articles about how they're dangerous) so I'm scared something could have gone wrong there.

Does it sound like a typical UTI? I'm going to call the doc in the morning.
