Ok so I'm over weight my dr said he only wanted me to gain 20-25lbs during these last 20 weeks but when I just went in to the dr I lost 4 lbs so in 20 weeks of pregnancy I have lost 1lb from my pre pregnancy weight I'm just wondering if that is bad or if because I'm over weight is it no a big deal
