Irregular priod help?

When I was a teenager my periods were few and far between but my dr said it was normal for adolescent girls so he put me on the depo prevera shot to regulate but I only got one every 3 months when the shot wore off and I didn't like that so after a year I swiched to the pill now I am 20 I got off the pill in november and didn't have a period until late April my dr didn't seem worried about it I'm not sure if they will regulate from here or not bu t what are some natural ways I can help it do so I don't want to go back to the pill because my husband and I are hoping to get pregnant

I've had the same problem. Usually doctors won't be too concerned because of young age. But you could have your hormone levels checked, just to make sure you're not lacking anything. But also take a multi-vitamin daily, the prenatal version is better if you're trying to get pregnant because of the extra zinc. As far as trying to be regular, it just depends on you really. Because anything can affect your period: more/less sexual activity, stress, nutrition, exercise, environment, etc. But if you're trying to get pregnant, try taking False Unicorn Root, and Vitex. Both are organic products and helps with the reproductive system. I believe the Vitex may help with irregularities, but taking both would improve your chances for getting pregnant substantially.
