advice please

hi everyone, I'm 27 years old in a serious relationship for nearly two years now. In 2013 I had a ectopic thankfully I caught it in time. I been trying to convince since then with no luck. been trying with my boyfriend for a year now with no luck, starting to get me really down now.

I've been putting off going to the doctors for a while now but recent

circumstances gave mce the push that I needed.( I have a appointment next week)I been given advice from people but none have ever had an ectopic.

I was just wondering does anyone have any advice on if I should be doing something special or if it's just a waiting game.
